Why this Blog?!
Bridget is a 20-something personal coach for 20-somethings. She attended Columbia College in Chicago to hone her writing skills, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, and Economics with a concentration in Personal Coaching from State University of New York.
She is currently penning her first motivational book, and is in the process of creating SmartHeart seminars and programs for 20-somethings across the country.
